This is a newly created role to help build the global Architecture practice for the organisation.
This role will be working with an experienced architecture team, across all geographies of the business, to deliver the following capabilities:
- Responsible for projects focused on the SAP platform refresh
- Work with the enterprise architect on projects aligned to the road map
- Be across new technology trends in the market place
- Advocate technology to the business
- Continue to build the mobility of the IT business services
Our client is looking for someone with the following skill set:
- Experience with Solution-level business problems and be able to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
- SAP experience is required, ECC6 in particular
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a solution architect
- An excellent track record in executing both complex projects across the full project lifecycle and focused strategic architecture design engagements
- Proven experience development relationships with senior business stakeholders
- The ability to consult in a technology agnostic fashion and able to speak the language of the business, is vital to the success of this role.
- The ability to develop / understand the long-term ('big picture') and short-term perspectives of situations
