Position Description:

Position Description:
Provide first level IT Support for all Brunswick Divisions. Perform initial triage of all problems, gathering all required information. Resolve any issues at first level when possible. Escalate to second level support when necessary.

Monitor and respond to system outages per documented procedures. Coordinate communications for all critical system outages.

Specific Duties

  • Process phone and email requests for IT support.
  • Reset various passwords.
  • Install software.
  • Perform sardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Perform desktop and laptop PC basic troubleshooting.
  • Perform VPN troubleshooting.
  • Perform Blackberry troubleshooting.
  • Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Advanced education in related field preferred.
  • Previous help desk or call center experience preferred.
  • Employee is required to be logged in at their workstation for up to eight hours per day.
  • Employee must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Employee must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work well in and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have excellent listening skills.
  • Must be able to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude.
