The realisation of a Tektronix system at customer sites requires the implementation of significant product solution programmes, undertaken by experienced programme managers, operations engineers, technical leads and supporting back office functions.
Tektronix solutions are now deployed across a number of the World's largest Mobile Operator's / Operator Groups with geographic dispersion across EMEA, APAC and Americas. This presents a significant challenge all the all aspects of the business to assure alignment between the vision, needs and objectives of the individual national networks and the broader operator group and/or geographical region.
To manage these challenges Tektronix Communications has created the role of Solution Consultants Americas Regional Manager reporting to the Worldwide Solution Consultants Manager.
Key aspects of this role include:
• Managing a small team of Solution Consultants spread across the Americas region
• Ensuring consistent branding is maintained across all Tektronix documents
• Understanding and presenting the benefits of Tektronix solutions to the customer
• Continually looking for improvement in every approach from process to product to people
• Defining team objectives and assisting with the recruitment process
