Enterprise Information Solution Delivery Manager
This role will be responsibility for the overall Planning, Design, and Delivery of any and all product and services offered by the Enterprise Information Solution team at Iron Mountain. We have important initiatives beginning and underway in: BI, BPM, master Data Management, Data Governance and more. Primary responsibilities center on Business Partners Engagement and Information Stakeholder Management. Overall duties include:
- Identifying new opportunities through business partner interaction.
- Conducting Value/Opportunity analysis and developing solution and service proposals
- Managing demand pipeline and EIS customer expectations.
- Developing Project Charters with all appropriate initial estimates and project planning elements
- Overseeing development of business blueprint, functional solution design, and associated Information Models.
- Working closely with EIS Engineering Manager and leads to ensure appropriate pre-development handoff deliverables are met.
- Overseeing project execution and full lifecycle maturity through production cut-over.
- Working closely with EIS Program Manager to resolve budget, schedule, and resource issues.
- Managing End User process deliverables such as training, documentation, and acceptance testing.
- Appropriately closing project through final solution delivery and customer acceptance.
Experience Needed:
- 10+ years in varying functional and/or technical roles within business or IS organizations.
- Project and/or Team Lead experience in Business Process, Business Intelligence, or Master Data Management initiatives.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Marketing business functions
- Hands on experience with Business Intelligence, Reporting, or other Analytical tools
- Working with Sales and Finance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proven full life cycle experience planning, resourcing, executing, delivering supporting cross-functional programs projects
- Proven experience leveraging global teams utilizing offshore development model
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership – Builds partnerships with assigned business units. Leverages relationships to drive identified business changes needed to ensure solution ROI objectives are met.
- Planning - Responsible for solicitation of business needs, prioritize and plan tasks and resources needed to accomplish them, and the development of project plans to assure activities are understood and commitment is gained to meet overall project objectives.
- Service Delivery Management – work with outsourced service providers to structure and deliver support services. Define Service Level Agreements and measure them with strong governance. Develop and maintain SLA’s with internal clients for both application development and support and measure customer satisfaction with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Project Execution – Overall responsibility for project delivery and the resources assigned to them. Assures all projects are initiated with appropriate Project Charter and Requirements documents. Assures scope and requirements are monitored and controlled throughout the project.
- Team Building – Directs project staff toward achieving defined project objectives through clear communication of expectations, implementation and enforcement of standards, policies, procedures and methodology.
- Communication - Escalation and notification to next level management is a key area of responsibility. Decisions regarding whom to notify, what to communicate and how to do so, given the information at hand, are made by this role on a dynamic basis and is a key measure of success.

- Prior MDM tool, Oracle EBS, Sales Force Dot Com, Dun Bradstreet Data experience is highly desirable
- Candidate must be highly motivated, customer-focused, set high standards, and possess strong analytic skills. Must be able to think strategically without losing site of the details.
- Must have strong technical aptitude characterized by the ability to understand technical concepts, value proposition and benefits and translate them to a wide variety of audiences.
