Solution Design/MIS Analyst
This key Banking Finance Performance Management Financial Reporting team has five key areas: Performance Reporting Financial Control, Planning Forecasting, Decision Support, PACC Reporting Analysis and MIS.
This role is located within MIS which is focussed on:
- Business Development Advisory - define business requirements supporting customer strategy through management information solutions
- Management Information Delivery Initiatives - supporting Finance by providing efficient and effective management Information delivery tools
- Banking Finance Strategic Architecture Projects - ensuring smooth transition of Group strategic projects across banking Finance functions and teams, ensuring management information is not compromised and leveraging opportunities are identified
The purpose of this role is to provide advanced business analyst and project management disciplines to ensure these key banking support areas and front line teams are provided with timely and accurate MIS solutions. Creation and management of management information requirements are critical to support business as usual functions as well as contribution towards insight and innovation.
To be successful in your application you will need:
- IT qualification is highly desirable
- Accounting experience
- Solid business analysis experience and essentially Business Intelligence experience Experience working on technology enabled projects
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
- Appropriate software lifecycle and/or applications skills, expertise and experience
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Ability to respond to changes in priority and external drivers
