Solution Specialist – FS Enterprise Information recruitment

This role is based in Dubai but candidates with the language skills technical skills required will be relocated if not currently based in the Middle East.  

 The focus of this role will be to engage build relationships with key business in order to up sell, cross sell increase revenue their subscription to services. The successful candidate will also have to provide input to content the strategic focus of their clients.

This opportunity needs a fluent English French speaker, knowledge of Arabic or other European languages would be a huge plus. Please see the full job description below for more details

The role:

• Provide consultative services to FS clients while selling the solutions, products services of the company in order to increase revenue.

• Be responsible for all stages of the sales cycle from generating leads to account management working with the accounting team in order to ensure the client is satisfied renews their business.

• Manage workflow to ensure that customer services levels are hit alongside sales targets

• Grow the business by keeping up to date with market trends FS news.

• Grow the product offering through analysis in order to develop new business.

Qualifications:

• University degree in related field, CFA qualifications would be a plus

• Fluent English speaker – Arabic or European language would be a plus

• Understanding of the FS market a keen interest in the industry

• Knowledge of the Middle East what cultural geographical issues affect the region how this effects sales

• Astute understanding ability to consider the customers large business plan ways that the company can help reach these goals an ability to understand clients business models, workflows strategic objectives

It is imperative that the successful candidate for this role really understands the current state of the financial markets in the Middle East Globally how this will influence sales in the region..
