Solutions Advisor Job in Chorley pr7 4ex, North West UK
CGA are looking for an intelligent individual with previous IVA or Debt Management experience to provide appropriate and realistic advice on a range of debt solutions to new and existing clients.
Main duties will include:
•Discussing and identifying debt solutions for clients
•Making inbound and outbound telephone calls
•Proving accurate statistics on work activity
•Offering IVA solutions to existing Debt Management Plan clients if Best Advice has changed
•Management of own case/work-load under supervision
•Chasing documentation from clients (including packs and IVA proposals)
•Dealing and overcoming clients’ questions or objections
•Keeping up-to-date with creditor criteria.
The successful applicant must have previous experience within a similar role working within a sales environment taking front end calls and delivering debt solutions. You must be willing and eager to learn having the ability to adapt to change. You must be driven to achieve and exceed productivity, service and sales targets and self-manage performance. Being friendly and outgoing having excellent communication skills over the phone and in writing is needed. Working as part of a team and individually is essential and an expert knowledge of systems used in a Debt Management company is a distinct advantage.
The position will re Hours of work – 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis which are as follows 2 x 12 – 8pm shifts per week and 3 x 8 -4pm shifts Dependant on which role then the expectation of 1 Saturday per month
