Primary Job Responsibilities Interact with account services/business management on behalf of Technology Operate in a multi-function role consisting of project management, writer, analyst and trainer Capture and manage client requirements during the sales process Work closely Solution Leaders crafting collateral leading to SOW and Contract Develop and own contract exhibits for feature and functionality as well as estimation Work with new client launch stakeholders in the Technical Account Services organization to define launch and post-launch delivery strategies. Inform Products Organization of existing client capabilities or client functional requests including product and platform gaps identified during sales cycle.
