Solutions Architect – BPM/CRM recruitment
The role would involve the following responsibilities:
Engage with business users to define and refine key business processes and key information/data needs.
Analyze gaps between existing and target business architecture and propose to stakeholders on how gaps and stakeholders’ concerns can be addressed
Lead the definition of one or more application and technology architecture domains in consultation with the Head of Technology Architecture and the IT Group as a whole
Perform detailed architecture analysis of vendor proposals to ensure compliance to organization requirements
In order to be considered for this role, the candidate should have the following skillset and background:
5-6 years experience of systems development and design of technology roadmaps
Demonstrable experience in BPM/CRM technology, knowledge of PEGA would be a major advantage
Understanding of consumer banking domains would be an advantage
An ability to act both as an architect as well as a business analyst would help
