Solutions Architect (C#/VB.NET) / .NET Architect Job in Redhill RH11PW, Home Counties UK
Solutions Architect (VB.NET / C#) / .NET Architect is being sought by my leading client who are rapidly expanding. This role requires an individual to join the .NET Architecture team that has been newly formed within the company. In terms of background my client seek an individual with a strong VB.NET / C# Development background (now in architecture), strong SQL Server and XML skills. Any exposure to technologies such as Microsoft CRM or SharePoint will be seen as being highly beneficial.
The .NET Architecture Team is responsible for ensuring that software and systems currently being developed, and any future developments are fit for purpose, you will be working closely with individuals throughout IT and will ensure that developments fit in with company strategy. You will also play a part in Governance and help set standards whilst ensuring that on-going development meets these standards.
This is not a role where you will be Developing on a day to day basis, it is all about strategy, assessing new software and influencing business critical decisions and the technological direction my client take. Although experienced in either .NET Architecture or Senior Development you will still have a passion about .NET Technology (VB.NET/C#) and how my client can utilise their considerable technical resources and 'know-how' most effectively.
