Solutions Architect - SOA Experts Location NR Swindon £350-£375 per day 3-6 months.
My client is currently looking for an experienced Solutions Architect for up to 6 months. The role will be based near Reading, but will involve visits to other UK sites.
As a Solutions Architects:
You should have experience of end to end design experience and specific expertise around contact centre technologies.
Provide offshore and onshore outsourced partner connectivity (data and voice traffic, TDM-VoIP conversion, contact routing, Citrix, MPLS network specification), WAN/LAN design, IP handset specification
Call routing (SIP and TDM), MCR, WFM - you will also need an understanding of call centre telephony
If you are a Solutions Architect with previous telecom experience, this would be advantageous, although candidates who have worked with in industries such as financial, utilities would also be considered.
