The Worldwide Sales Support and Client Implementation team has responsibility for Service Call Management, Bid desk management, maintenance solutions, and new business development to assist in opening new markets and geographies. This includes project and activity planning, coordinating business and technical teamwork towards building business solutions, and coordinating applications development and enhancement projects initiated internally or through its customers. The scope includes primary support of mission critical CMO requested applications and providing a role in fostering standards and processes to the global CMO community.
- The Solution Architect supports both the company's pre and post award sales efforts.
- Analyzes a customer's business and technical requirements.
- Lead in translating requirements and strategies into feasible products, solutions, and services in conjunction with IT Business Analysts
- Identifies and solutions improvements to internal processes
- Focal point for all CMO and customer applications change requests
- Applications product architecture and directional planning,
- Solutioning with IT of new customers requests
- Global Services planning, In conjunction with sales, live presentations of WWITS capabilities to clients and prospective customers
- New Opportunity Validation
- Validation of opportunity to strategic roadmap
- Work together with Pricing, Sales and Client Management, Training and Business Analysts (Core Team) to confirm the roadmap and milestones for unique project
- Participate in strategic account planning teams for key clients
- Provide program planning for new business processes
- Work in conjunction with the Core Team to identify and define solution framework and assumptions to price opportunity
- Work with internal Subject Matter Experts to craft solution

- On all engagements the SA should own the proposed solution development and work with Training to perform knowledge transfer

- The candidate must exhibit competency in maintenance strategies and a sound understanding of the service environment.
- Understand client requirements and develop solution designs and implementation plan based on requirements.
- Facilitates customer relationship and satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
- Assists in process improvement initiatives in order to enhance customer service.
- Project related experience. Previous involvement with complete project development life cycle and change management experience. The candidate may lead or be a key player in OEM or ITO projects. Candidate should have proven analytical skills and experience in projects of medium to high complexity.
- Five years proven ability solving business problems and managing alliance relationships within a software environment. Experience with ITIL, PMBOK/Prince/Prince2 and PMI
- Software knowledge required preferably CRM software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding overall presentation skills. - Strong negotiator in complex business issues.
