Solutions Architect recruitment

Working within a global team as a solutions architect you will work on numerous projects within the portfolio. Your experience of owning the end to end solution will enable you to support these projects however the primary focus will be contact centre telecoms technology. As a subject matter expert in all aspects of contact centre telecoms technology with excellent infrastructure knowledge you will provide significant architecture influence to the business led through agile thinking.

You will be faced with demanding timescales, providing vision and thought leadership alongside a deep knowledge of emerging technologies. There will also be some travel to our various UK based sites and potentially global travel if required.

To be successful in the position of Solutions Architect you will possess strong knowledge and demonstrable experience of working with contact centre technology i.e. voice data, LAN and WAN /citrix and middleware as well as exposure to speech vendors. You will be able to provide strong examples of managing the end to end solutions process and in addition will have excellent stakeholder management skills. As a consultant to the business leaders you will also demonstrate the ability to capture, report and present clearly.
