Solutions Development Representative (pre-sales)
I. Job Summary Function as the Iron Mountain Document Management Solutions"subject matter expert" (SME) by developing conversion, storage and applicationsolutions for new and existing Iron Mountain customers. Provide SME support and guidance for documentmanagement opportunity leaders for sales channels. Candidate must be able tounderstand customers physical and electronic document management challengesand design integrated solutions to meet customers needs. Essential JobFunctions: Create, develop, present solutions, assist withproposals and presentations and create complex pricing and Statement of Work tosupport opportunity leaders and/or prospective customers. Negotiate approved pricing, workflows andcontract terms under the guidance of Iron Mountain's policies and best interest. Represent the Iron Mountain brand and thedocument management Solutions brand internally and in customer meetings,industry seminars and other events. Evaluate current customer practices andrecommend enhanced solutions. Focus on multiple solutions including (but notlimited to): Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Mortgage, Insurance, Energy,etc.
