Job Description

To provide network engineering solutions and support

Key Roles Responsibilities

1. To provide Network Engineering standards that meet the bank needs
2. To evaluate new products and technology
3. To provide network solutins to the business
4. To provide major networking projects
5. To provide 3rd level network operation support

Qualifications Skills

* Good practical implementation experience
* Developed communication skills to allow strong business to technology consultancy
* Avaya PABX experience (CISCO PABX experience an advantage)
* Dialer experience (Aspect preferred)
* Interactive Voice Response (any platform)
* Customer facing exposure and experience
* Call Recording Experience (Verint, NICE)
* CTI exposure - Genesys, ICM, AES
* Multimedia Exposure -
* Platform migration experience (upgrades, forklifts, new implementations)
* Able to Engineer designs for contact centre solution (Visio)
* Troubleshooting skills
* Industry trained and certified
* PABX and ACD programming capability and understanding critical
* Experienced in dealing with large complex processes and procedures
* Experienced in dealing with large complex projects
* Used to presenting solutions to stakeholders
* CBA / ROI experience an advantage
* SIP / H323 / QSIG / VoIP / TDM experience and / or knowledge
* Industry experience working for financial institutions and other verticals
* Vendor Management and relationship experience
* ITIL certification (advantage)
