Solutions Executive – Structured Asset Finance recruitment
The Institutional Banking and Markets group offers a unique and broad value proposition to our clients across debt, equity, risk management and transactional products and services.
Reporting to the National Executive Manager, this role will be responsible for originating, structuring and executing leasing and asset finance transactions that profitably and prudently contribute to the achievement of the objectives of Institutional Banking using industry best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement marketing strategies that enable profitable transactions to be originated and executed in accordance with acceptable best practice
- Analyse, interpret and negotiate transactions opportunities
- Develop new product ideas in conjunction with internal and external advisers
- Understand the client objectives in respect of tax, accounting and risk mitigation in the context of asset finance to ensure appropriate products are matched to client needs
- Provide excellent client service through the appropriate application of the Bank's service and sales principles
- Deliver a high standard of written and verbal communication and presentations
- Develop and maintain a strong internal and external network
- Proactively anticipate the needs of all clients and stakeholders and develop effective working relationships with them
You will have a proven track history in originating new transactions and an established corporate/institutional client network and demonstrable experience in corporate/institutional lending and deal execution. Ability to cope in a high pressure environment is imperative along with strong oral and written communication skills.
