Business Overview:
Best in Class Finance (BICF) is the Finance Transformation program for Citi. Focusing on creating an integrated finance function across Citi, underpinned through standard Data, Processes and Platforms. Facilitating creation and adoption of common data standards across finance via initiatives such as the Performance Measurement Framework. Partnering with finance teams to design, co-ordinate, manage, and deliver improved process designs across finance. Driving standardization and utilization of shared services in partnership with FRO. Ensuring all technology initiatives in finance are aligned to our Finance Business Architecture, developed under the direction of CITS, and administered under the BICF Program.

Position:
Under the sponsorship of the Citi Controller and, as a part of the BICF program, this role will be responsible for providing PMO support for the BICF Initiatives (including Citi Reporting Core). Role will focus on project analysis, monitoring and management reporting working with Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Architecture and Content partners. This role will supplement and assist in providing the framework and project management discipline.

Responsibilities:
- Work with program manager(s), project teams and partners to plan, co-ordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of BICF Initiatives including CRC.
- Use a structured methodology to plan, track, monitor and report on concurrent projects that span broad geographies across finance to meet timeline and financial objectives.
- Assist in identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery.
- Assist in driving a communication framework, working with Finance Communication, to all stakeholders and Senior Management on a timely basis and in a clear, succinct manner. Includes coordination with web team to update BIC website.
- Facilitate and influence complex interaction of multiple contributors at all levels of the Company.
- Employ program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery.

- Bachelor's degree required;
- Experience in Financial Services preferred;
- 5+ years experience, including program / project management using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor and report on concurrent, multiple projects;
- Experience requiring strong communication skills (written, verbal, active listening) required;
- Strong analytical skills required, experience with budgets and financial analysis preferred;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and work with geographically diverse resources;
- Ability to work effectively with project teams/leaders across all functional areas and levels;
- Ability to see the "big picture" without losing attention to detail;
- Good influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Project;
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to "roll up sleeves".
