Solutions Lead Job in King Of Prussia 19406, Pennsylvania US
The Solutions Leader will be required to:
- Lead ETB sales pursuits contributing to overall GSI business
- Interact with clients / prospects and collaborate with Business Development / Client Services to sell ETB solutions
- Operate in a multi-function role often consisting of project management, document management, system analyst, system architect, implementation, and training
- Capture and manage client requirements during the sales process and usethe knowledge of the client's industry, environment, competitors, and trends to address their business issues
- Support validation of opportunities for ETB and combine GSI capabilities to sell eBay/GSI''s solution portfolio
- Use a deep understanding of the client's business and ETB''s value proposition to collaborate with Business Development and Client Services teams on developing proposals
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with other areas of eBay/GSI
- Apply knowledge of the sales process, scoping, contracts and pricing, terms and conditions of sale
- Work with ETB subject matter experts to craft appropriate solutions, facilitate the estimate generation process and develop contract and/or SOW
- Develop and own contract exhibits for feature and functionality as well as estimation
- Leverage experience delivering solutions to clients to ensure proposed solutions are realistic, expectations are managed, and risk is minimized to GSI and client
- Develop executive and senior management relationships in prospect / client organizations which leads to being viewed as a "trusted technology advisor"
- Work with new client launch stakeholders in the ETB organization to define launch and post-launch delivery strategies.
- Use deep industry business process and solution knowledge to develop solutions that can be leveraged across multiple clients
- Identify and develop new solutions for GSI
The person in this position must have the ability to:

- Utilizes eBay/GSI organization to sell ETB solutions portfolio
- Convey total business value of an ETB solution to the client or prospect

- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Uses a consultative selling approach
- Lead and manage multiple sales pursuits simultaneously
- Work collaboratively within a matrixed environment which includes in-direct resource management
- Gain consensus on initiatives and solutions at various levels (e.g. staff, peers, executives) within the organization
The Solutions Leader must have superior communication skills (written and verbal); and work cross-functionally within Ecommerce Technology Business, as well as with Business Development, Client Services, TrueActionNetwork™ and all eBay Inc companies.
