Solutions Manager CRM – Leading Global Bank – Wealth Management recruitment
This position is a senior role within the Wealth Management IT team and will hold responsibility for managing a portfolio of projects primarily focussed on the execution management system and client wealth portal.
This role is a senior member of a global team and will partner with global solution managers to determine the roadmaps of the solutions.
You will hold sole responsibility for the management of the wealth management CRM solution programmes and projects in order to deliver the roadmaps and adhere to the agreed strategy. This position may also become involved in managing strategic projects that go beyond the areas of CRM and wealth.
As a leader in the IT organisation you would be expected to coach colleagues and demonstrate excellence in your professional area as well as identify cross-functional opportunities, contributing to the acceptance of change in the wider organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with global solution managers and solution owners on strategy
- Define and refine the project roadmaps according to business demand and strategy
- Manage programmes and projects which deliver on the business demands and strategy.
- Ensure that solution meets all audit/control/regulatory requirements in addition to functional and non functional requirements.
- Provides transparency on project status and financials
- Delegates delivery responsibilities to the project managers that work for them.
- Manages the overall resource requirements across their project portfolio and are responsible for the efficient use of said resource.
- Manages the vendors and internal staff to ensure the right mix of skills and experience is available.
The ideal candidate for this position will come from a wealth management / buy-side background and will have led large scale CRM projects in the past in a senior project or programme manager capacity.
