Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely to supplement Account Manager’s (AM) exposure to territory and grow the relationship with existing customers thus protecting existing revenue base (enterprise level support).
- Assist AM in securing year to year renewal of license support and enterprise renewals by maintaining relationships with existing customers and demonstrating the critical nature of i2 solutions in their specific diverse missions at the field level
- Assist AM in developing material and demonstrations to show effective use of i2 products in customer mission specific environment. These presentations/demonstrations will be tailored to specific existing accounts and mission workflows for high level, key decision-makers to show how critical i2 is to the overall organization mission.
- Assist AM in identifying other possible software solutions that are applicable to existing customers by becoming intimately involved and familiar with the customer specific workflow/mission as well as being seen as a subject matter expert within the existing customer user group.
- Attend meetings to provide a technical aspect to potential and existing customers.
- Maintain post sales relationships with customers.
Skills Required:
· Fraud Investigation (Financial, Insurance and or Retail)
· Financial Crime Investigation
· Intelligence Analyst experience a plus
· i2 Analysis Product Line experience a plus
· 5 – 8 years experience preferable
· Client interaction/relationship skills (must have)
· Presentation skills (must have)
· Previous experience in a sales environment (plus)
Education/Clearance Required:
- Bachelor’s or advanced Degree preferred
- CFE Certification (plus)
- Clearance (Active Clearance a plus)
Travel:
- Local and out of area travel required (Must be able to travel 60 to 75%)
