Sophis Application Support Analyst recruitment

Sophis Application Support Analyst is sought by my Tier 1 Investment Banking client.

Assist in the rollout and implementation of Sophis to trading desks.
Directly support Sophis end users in the US, Canada, Asia and Europe.
Maintain a stable environment to ensure maximum uptime of trading systems.
Configuration management and release of software to Dev, QA, UAT and Production environments.
Production acceptance testing of new software rollouts and updates.
Update all stakeholders on open issues.
Logging of support issues and system problems
Close out issues and respond to end users requests in a timely fashion
Liaise with the internal development team and the Sophis vendor to resolve support issues
Understand and follow escalation procedures within a support environment.
Follow procedures with the Change Management guidelines of the bank.
