This individual will work alongside our senior technical recruiting staff in support of their candidate screening efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who seeks an entry level position in one of the most successful technical consulting and staffing firms in the LA area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Search resumes utilizing search engines, job boards and social networking sites
- Scan and analyze resumes to ensure that candidates meet the experience and professional credentials dictated by the position being filled
- Format resumes, conduct reference checks and other similar duties to support our technical recruiting staff
- In some cases, initiate phone contact with candidates for preliminary screening
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a basic understating of the IT industry, roles and terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to quickly develop and progress in a professional organization
