Sourcing Analyst
Prominent fortune 500 company is seeking a souring analyst. Analyst responsibilities include the review and preparation of contract documents, analyzing significant or unique contact requirements, term and conditions to ensure compliance with corporate laws. This is a highly regulated position, so attention to detail is a must. Analyst responsibilities also include drafting moderate to complex, non-routine contracts and identifying improvements to establish policies and to communicate implementation procedures to others. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; some overtime may be required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of contract experience
Must have experience writing/rewriting contracts
2-3 years sourcing analytical experience and vendor relation experience
