Job Description Job Classification: Contract Aerotek Professional is currently seeking a Sourcing Associate. This is a one year contract. Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects of supplier electronic transactions as they relate to Purchase Order, Purchase Order Acknowledgement and Invoice activities. Works directly with suppliers in error correction, prevention and issues related to streamlining the invoice payment processes. Responsible for on-boarding suppliers to an electronic process in order to eliminate paper documents. Provides client/supplier service to support the Process, Buyer and Commodity groups. Employee performs work under general supervision. Qualifications: High school/G.E.D. level of education or equivalent experience through training is normally required to apply knowledge of procedures and methods. Six to eighteen months of post-high school specialized training/core college level courses or equivalent job skills is preferred. Skills Required: Must have good written/verbal communication skills, influencing skills. Detail oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills. Excel and Word knowledge.
