The Position:

 

Our client is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Sourcing Leader with expertise in a wide range of HR Services categories (including Payroll, Benefits, Welfare and HR Systems) to work with blue-chip clients to develop and execute sourcing strategies that support each company’s business goals while achieving optimal pricing, quality and service levels. Located in the EU specifically, you will:

·         Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in HR Services spending across a wide array of leading companies

·         Lead sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution

·         Pursue and develop senior level stakeholder relationships at priority accounts; support account stakeholder relationship plans

·         Promote corporate objectives and change initiatives, ensuring that the HR Services sourcing team is supporting overall company direction and growth 

·         Mentor HR Services sourcing team on stakeholder and project management, with a special emphasis on collaboration, customer focus, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, negotiations and contracting

·         Represent the Sourcing Category Management team as a category expert to current and prospective customers

·         Expand business development skills to identify and propose account growth opportunities for additional HR Services sourcing services

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

·         A degree in a quantitative discipline (business/finance/economics/engineering/ mathematics) from a top tier university

·         Deep knowledge of sourcing and/or category management process within blue-chip organizations

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a wide range of HR Services suppliers

·         Well-developed, solution-oriented selling skills

·         Ability to drive transformational change

·         Excellent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills

·         Solid multi-phase project management skills

·         Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients

·         Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers

·         Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction

 

Travel:

·         This position requires travel up to 25% to multiple customer locations.
