We are seeking a Sourcing Manager (SM) to join their team on a contractual basis. Duration of contract- 6 months starting ASAP with a possibility of extension.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

The Competitive Sourcing Manager is a member of the IT Program Management Office (PMO) and is accountable to work with the IT project delivery teams to proactively identify opportunities to competitively source IT work program components. The primary focus will be on using industry best practices to procure quality competitive IT sources that have the highest value. They will leverage competitive sourcing and be responsible for bid preparation and support, and procurement expertise on the development and execution of the competitive bid process, e.g. RFI, RFP.
