Responsible for print procurement activities for UnitedHealthcare business segment. Duties include project planning, bidding, cost and quality control for printing and mailing programs. Collaborate with business partners to source, implement and monitor print and mail projects. Perform/facilitate quality assurance of vendor work product (prepress, proofs, and press checks). Support development of Statements of Work with business contacts, vendor and Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement team. Lead internal projects in support of sourcing initiatives, working with business leaders and sourcing team.  Ensure all standard quality controls, HIPAA, and PHI requirements are in place.  Provides cost benefit analysison program printing with recommendations to reduce cost and/or improve efficiencies.  Provides or works with vendors to provide analyses and reporting as requested by business partners.

Proven experience with cost tracking and reporting, and use of AP/PO application (e.g. Peoplesoft). Must be detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, and have ability to work independently and within a team environment.
