Liberty Mutual is seeking a Contract Sourcing professional with creativity, short and long term recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization to provide sales sourcing support. This role will be primarily focused on developing a diverse pipeline of candidates for our sales hires. In collaboration with the full lifecycle recruiters, you will conduct the sourcing and candidate development phases of the recruiting lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
· Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent. Seeks creative solutions for sourcing candidates that positions Liberty Mutual's brand strongly in the marketplace and further establishes a culture that promotes excellence and fuels growth
· Leverage recruiting resources such as internet, internal Applicant Management System, professional organizations and community associations to identify, recruit and network for candidates
· Perform in-depth research and data mining to identify leads, passive and active diverse candidates
· Build a database of competitive industry companies, market knowledge used for benchmarking or candidate pre-search intelligence
· Be a key resource in data mining and research techniques and strategy as it relates to recruiting actives
· Identifies and seeks out events and sources for diverse candidates
· Analyze data, track and maintain diversity and accountability metrics to evaluate progress of sourcing initiatives
· Contribute to the overall company objectives through consistent delivery of sourcing expertise
· Identify specific groups organizations associations to partner with and act as primary liaison
· Utilize various techniques including direct, cold-calling, referral-based calling, professional networking, broadcast emails to develop diverse slate of candidates
· Screen, develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
· Conducts screening interviews to pre-qualify candidates
· Promote Liberty Mutual across numerous markets and professional communities
· Shares best practices with peer Recruiters

- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline preferred or equivalent.
- An advanced level of knowledge in sourcing component of recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of selection process and successfully manage challenging assignments required.
- Experience required in a setting that requires a sense of immediacy, ability to manage competing demands, receive criticism and constructive feedback and maintain adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain workload.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with senior management, hiring managers, applicants and candidates.
- 5+ years experience in sourcing / recruiting on a national, multi-location level required.
- Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo, preferred.
