We are considering candidates in Collegeville, PA and Boston, MA. Job Summary As an Iron Mountain Sourcing Strategy Specialist for Transportation, your primary responsibility includes developing and building out the transportation recruiting strategy for North America and Canada. You must also understand the business needs and partner with the internal recruiting team, hiring managers, leadership teams and Human Resources. You will work in partnership with the internal recruiting team to understand transportation staffing needs and proactively offer solutions. Primary responsibility will be to drive the transportation recruitment process, provide regular progress updates to the internal recruiting staff, ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, solicit feedback on candidates and refine the transportation recruitment strategy, as needed. Essential Functions * Best practice recruiting methods, as well as, developing new creative sources to execute on lifecycle recruiting for the transportation needs. Proven ability to identify and attract transportation job seekers through networking, referral and direct sourcing. * Demonstrated skills in the assessment of talent, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience managing projects is critical, as is the ability to build strong, trust based relationships. Ability to market programs across the organization. * Strong analytical skill set, along with the ability to create and determine recruitment metrics and recruiting needs in the transportation vertical. * Serve as a resource to the centralized recruiting team by creating and executive sourcing strategies to increase the transportation candidate pipeline. * Identify new sources to positively impact candidate flow including diversity and military sources, internet, cold calling, networking internally and externally, industry directories, etc * Provides a positive candidate experience and ensures positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace. Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Previous recruiting and sourcing experience in the area of transportation is required * Experience with sourcing and building candidate pipelines in the Transportation vertical * Minimum of 4+ years experience in a high volume recruitment environment,implementing and utilizing a variety of talent acquisition techniques * Proven experience developing and driving the transportation recruiting process, with accountability for meeting hiring goals * Ability to partner with internal recruiting team, Human Resource Business Partners and Transportation Leadership teams across NA and Canada * Experience working with internal recruiting teams, hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria * Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information required * Basic knowledge of employment law and best practices * Experience with HRsmart is highly desirable Leadership This position will lead the efforts in building out a Transportation recruitment strategy for North America.
