Sous Chef – 2AA Rosettes – London
This 2AA rosette restaurant based in central London is looking for a strong Sous Chef to help run the kitchen alongside the senior sous chef and head chef.
The restaurant is very well known amongst foodies and serves classic French dishes in a cool and sophisticated way. It is currently gaining amazing reviews and is sure to gain a Michelin star in the near future. The Chef/proprietor has worked for and alongside some of the best names in the industry making this job one not to miss. This is a sister restaurant to a 1*Michelin restaurant also based in central London
As Sous Chef I would expect you to come from a very strong background working in well known establishments at 2AA level or more.
The salary on offer is £25000
