Sous Chef
Our client is seeking a sous chef to join the team and produce traditional and internationally inspired cuisine to the highest standards for a fine dining experience in this renowned international hotel chain.
You will be working 5 out of 7 days/ 35 hours a week - potential for overtime with flexible hours to reflect the demands of the business.
Previous experience in a similar role essential.
