This is a modern 5* hotel with around 100 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, brasserie, 7 private dining outlets with a great reputation for the quality of service and food provided within.
We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is an enthusiastic person with a great personality, committed and well presented able to work in a pressured and fast paced environment and able to work under supervision of a Head Chef and Executive Chef.
This is a hands on position and will suit someone who leads by example.
Required experience for the Sous Chef:
- Two years experience at similar level
- Hotel experience advantageous
- Fluent English is essential
- Modern British and French cuisine is advantageous
- Business control
- Coaching and assisting your team to help them achieve results
