Requirements
- 3+ years of culinary management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Ability to cook well including simple French bistro fare
- Skilled in developing and leading one’s team, based in mutual relationship and respect
- Experience with PL and running numbers
- Ability to uphold and maintain the highest sanitation standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer literate
- Experience working in a systems-driven environment
