Sous chef – New Opening
Amazing brand new opening in Central London is looking for a senior sous chef chef to assist in the running of the kitchen
The restaurant will be opening in 1 month and is looking for a senior sous chef to work alongside the Head Chef to create great contemporary modern European dishes to the highest of standards. You will be cooking using new, modern techniques so a good understanding of modern equipment is an advantage
The Head chef has a great background, has made numerous TV appearances and has worked for some of the best in the business. He is calm and laid back professional and is looking for someone with the same attributes as himself. This will be a team of 8 chefs so you must be used to working and getting on well in small teams. This restaurant will be looking for accolades so a chef with drive and passion is a must!
You will be a sous chef or senior sous chef working at a minimum of 2AA Rosette level
The salary on offer is £32000 with £3k - £4k tips working 8 shifts
