Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for a SOX Coordinator. This is an immediate need and our client is currently interviewing for this role. As the SOX Coordinator you will be responsible for all facets of SOX compliance ? key duties will include: planning and executing the testing SOX plan on a quarterly basis, evaluate Internal Controls and work with process owners to determine and remediate internal controls weaknesses.
CPA certification would be a plus
4 to 6 years of SOX experience required.
