SOX Risk Assurance recruitment
The ideal candidate should have a strong financial audit background within Corporate Treasury, and have good knowledge of international financial standards. This is an opening for a long term contract within a well-established team.
Key Responsibilities;
- Support senior management in reporting of results / escalation of issues to business unit management
- Test as appropriate the SOX key control/processes identified to deliver quality results within demanding timescales
- Manage, lead or participate in reviews as required by the Head of Corporate Markets
- Lead or assist as required, appropriate SOX end to end control environment reviews, liaising with managers from the business as appropriate
Skills and qualifications required;
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Experience of auditing in a Treasury environment
- Theoretical and practical experience of Sarbanes-Oxle
- Ability to deliver quality work to tight deadlines
