Spa Supervisor
Lead our employees to create and maintain the XpresSpa experience for our customers. The supervisor is required to assist in managing the overall operation including assisting employee’s carry out optimal customer satisfaction. The supervisor provides exceptional service to customers, creates business relationships with them and, assists in all areas of the store operationally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following outlines the responsibilities but not limited to:
- Set a professional example for employees.
- Display a “customer comes first” attitude by coaching and holding employees accountable for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Motivate and lead by example ensuring our customers receive the best service.
- Provide employees with coaching, feedback when necessary
- Ensure all company policies and spa protocols are adhered to providing a safe, positive work environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Render services to clients under license
- Ability to supervise and provide great service
- Ability to work well with customers and employees
- Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written)
- Leadership skills
- Strong problem solving and operational skills
- Computer literate P.O.S., Microsoft office
Experience:
1 year related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
