Top Restructuring House Looking to Hire an associate for the Spanish Team. Please see qualifications below
1. Candidate must be fluent in English Spanish
2. Must have 3 - 5 years experience in restructuring/ leverage finance/ financial sponsors group
3. Must be currently working at a top tier bank / boutique
4. MBA is preferred but not necessary
The role will include:
- Advising clients in out-of-court restructurings and insolvencies
- Debt and equity financings
- Distressed MA advisory services
- Special-situation principal investing
- Participating in complex negotiations on behalf of our clients
