Spanish Senior IT Service Desk Representative Job in Utrecht, Utrecht Netherlands

We are looking for experienced IT and technical support helpdesk professionals to join an expanding team. You will be supporting remote customers within an international IT and technology company based near Utrecht.

 

You must have over 6 months technical service desk experience and have good IT support skills and knowledge. You will require knowledge and experience  of the following;

 

Windows 7 and Vista

Microsoft support experience generally

Knowledge of hardware and software fixes

Any networking knowledge is an advantage.

Service desk ticketing tools

Strong communication and client facing skills

Excellent problem solving and resolution skills.

A focus on quality customer and technical support.

 

This role is part of a large 24-7 support environment. You will be working Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, within the hours of 07.00 and 19.00. Some week-end and overnight shifts can also be worked and you receive a generous overtime allowance for working more than 40 hours, or unsociable shifts. Working these shifts is planned in advance so you can work when you are available.
