We are currently representing an opportunity for a Spanish peaking Analyst to join a leading advisory firm in their restructuring team. The team focus on working with leveraged corporate and Private Equity houses to undertake full financial restructuring and help them maximise their profitability.
The successful candidate will have:
1 to 3 years experience in MA, leveraged finance, restructuring (or equiv)
Experience of executing corporate finance transactions
Exceptional modelling skills including DCF and/or LBO
