Spanish Speaking Customer Care Manager

A global company with plush, modern offices based in the West End area of London are urgently looking to recruit a Customer Care Manager on a contract basis for 2-3 months.   You will be liaising between the Mexico and London offices so must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Develop a customer service policy to support co-marketing activities between Mexico and the UK
Manage and resolve specific critical customer complaints/feedback
Identify and work to resolve complex or long-standing problems
Issue refunds or compensation to customers in the event of any serious problems with the product
Develop statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service being provided
Provide training or support to staff
Stay up to date on improvements and upgrades
