Tasks: - Develops and manages a sales reporting system that will provide adequate data and analysis for Sales Support teams use, as well as strategic data and analysis for sales management requirements. - Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes. - Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking. - Performs daily clerical and statistical reporting for Product Sales team. - Generates project estimates using in-house estimating tools and programs. - Generates monthly, quarterly, and annual reports relating to Product Sales team incremental sales performance and results. - Captures and updates all required reporting materials to provide Product Sales management customized reports. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Provide a direct interface to Comcast AdDelivery Commercial Senders post closed deal. On-board customers into production, manage day-to-day production customer relationship, user and site management, customer escalations as necessary, conduct product demos and user training as necessary, monitor and lead resolution of issues. Conduct order entry for advertising agencies. Support on-boarding of AdDelivery receive sites including broadcast stations, cable networks and syndicators. Develops relationships and provides on-going customer service to our Ad Delivery destination client base. ? Coordinate and perform communications and outreach to Advertising agencies, dub houses, Cable Networks, Cable MSOs and Broadcast Television stations for the purpose of onboarding AdDelivery installations in our targeted markets (footprint) ? Coordinate and perform communications and outreach on an ongoing basis in support of programs designed to update the destination base of new features, spot deliveries, special initiatives and other critical communications programs ? Work with Product leadership to identify product feature enhancements on behalf of the customer ? Interface with AdDelivery Sales and Technical staff in order to schedule and manage site deployments and activation of services ? Coordinate with guidance from AdDelivery Technical Support and Sales - meetings, conference calls, schedules and events critical to the install and usage of AdDelivery products and services Workflow monitoring, including monitoring, utilizing admin tool to proactively find spot processing issues before our customers. Manual spot processing activities until full migration of footprint is completed. Manage and track communication with dub houses regarding receipt of master tapes ? Act as primary liaison between AdDelivery Sales and Technical Support, providing customer service, answering technical and operating questions, updates and other communications ? Ensure that appropriate and consistent practices are developed and maintained to manage an activity and project log which provides reporting and metrics on field activity to AdDelivery Management on a regular basis . Prepares weekly reports in format requested by immediate supervisor. ? Maintain and update the database of customers and receive sites contacts and coordinate information with the AdDelivery Sales, Marketing and Technical teams ? Conducts product demonstrations and user training ? Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing or similar field of study. ? 4-6 years relevant work experience in a similar field, inside sales, customer service, customer support or technical support ? Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills; strong written and oral communication skills and professional attitude in representing AdDelivery to different audiences ? Strong initiative and ability to work independently; must be self-motivated with high energy level and able to maintain ties to the AdDelivery teams in different locations ? Creative, resourceful, flexible, and good at problem-solving Must be able to work off hours including nights and weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary ? Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision ? Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. ? Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Internet use required ?
