Primary Job Responsibilities APD Support ? Summer Intern The Analytics Platform Delivery (APD) Education team at eBay plays the pivotal role in helping the vibrant internal analytics community by providing in-depth knowledge and support on the various Insight and Platform products. We are looking for a Summer Intern (term 12 weeks) to help us facilitate a series of educational offerings for our annual Data Conference. The Data Conference will showcase product, inventory, and customer innovations that focus on leveraging data to accelerate commerce through a better understanding of customers. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and organize classroom presentations and training materials for all course facilitators (25-30 classes in one day). Develop a plan to coordinate schedules and communications for Education Day and the days leading up to this portion of the Data Conference. Create and send communications as needed using multiple channels including discussion forums, blogs, and other internal and external social networking portals. Organize classroom set ups including signage, participant materials, seating, refreshments, etc.Administer course evaluations and assessments and summarize the data collected. Record all educational offerings and create a library for remote participants. Create social networking opportunities for presenters and participants.
