Special Situations Analyst recruitment
Working within a small team for a major Pan-European full service equities broker. Main focus is European and UK MA, share class and holding company.
Essential requirements include:
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven ability to model MA and understand MA dynamics
- Thorough understanding of take-over rules in the Euro juristiction
- Academically highly qualified to at least degree level
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly numerate
- Well presented
- Eloquent
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an analyst in either banking, modelling, equities or special situations
- Ideally have strong existing relationships with investors with a preference for hedge funds
- Self motivated
- Able to work under pressure and without supervision
