NYC Boutique Firm with research, sales, trading, investment banking, and wealth mgmt is seeking a special situations analyst to join it's risk arb team.

Candidate MUST have 3+ yrs experience as a special situation analyst on a sell side institutional desk.

Candidate MUST have direct relationships with buy side hedge funds, mutual funds, institutions that use and act on analysts research/ideas.
