Our client is a fast growing international bank with diverse businesses across the region. The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of Transaction Management based in Singapore. You will provide dedicated support to all business units within Specialised Lending (Structured Asset Finance, Project and Structured Finance, Structured Export Finance).
Key responsibilities:
• Add value to the end-to-end process of deal execution to enhance timely execution of both internal and external client requests
• Day-to-day workflow of Specialised Lending deals to manage on-boarding of new transactions and the management and control of commitments post-execution.
• Providing first level support to transactors for technical advice on structuring, term sheets and legal matters and ensure that all transactional compliance and operational risk requirements have been met (including sanctions, KYC and AML).
• Ensuring that deal execution and processes are executed to the highest standards and that clear and accurate instructions are provided to the back office for processing and loading of limits.
The ideal candidate should be degree qualified and possesses 4 to 6 years experience in financial institutions/risk/middle office; relevant credit admin/control and documentation experience in Corporate Institutional Banking where knowledge of trade finance and loan admin processes would be an advantage. Strong credit skills and working knowledge of Bank's Credit Policy and Procedures; strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with an ability to interface with relevant stakeholders and Transaction Management team members; strong communication skills - both written and verbal with particular emphasis on ability to extract relevant information and present in a concise format; good computer knowledge/skills and familiarity with MS Office suite.
