This Davidson, North Carolina based Loss Prevention Analyst role will focus upon reviewing data elements by identifying potential dishonest employee case opportunities, vendor billing problems, and other areas of loss. The position will report to the Area Director of Loss Prevention and will be part of the Loss Prevention Department.
Job Description:
• Conduct data analysis from primary database/tool and package to usable/reportable format to the field investigators (i.e., MS Access/Excel).
• Utilize data results to create logical assumptions, case opportunities and potential investigations.
• Develop reporting formats and structures to support field LP Managers and Directors.
• Create training guides to facilitate field learnings around VIPER.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Criminal Justice preferred
• Demonstrated strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word and advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.
• Demonstrated ability to query databases.
• Proven interpersonal, facilitation and customer relations skills.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory and respective processes preferred.
• CVS Assistant Store Manager experience preferred
• Knowledge of an exception reporting system (i.e. Navistor, XBR or other comparable program) a plus
