Our client based in Leeds has a Telesales Specialist Advisor (Post Sales) £21,351 - £23,422 + attractive benefits 

As a Post Sales Consultant, you will welcome new customers once the sale has been agreed by the Telesales Business Consultant, confirm the details of their new contract, and be the main point of contact throughout the transfer of their power or gas supply onto our systems. Fantastic customer service is at the heart of everything they do so you’ll play a key role in building relationships by forging a strong rapport with new customers, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer contracts are managed efficiently and the transfer process goes smoothly, and you’ll take personal accountability for making sure they deliver their promises.

 You will have a strong sales focus to enable you to negotiate and maximize on new acquisition opportunities covering both the power and gas SME markets, and you will be target driven to up sell to Direct Debit and exceed KPI targets.

To join this team you’ll need to be a highly organised individual with proven experience in a Customer Focused role. You will be a ‘people person’ and a strong team player with great communication skills and a helpful, respectful approach. You will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to work accurately to set deadlines providing a data cleansing, data integrity and customer assurance service.
