Specialist Credit Operations – Loans (Fluent French essential) recruitment
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills as well as strong experience in Real Estate Financing/Lending and/or loans experience. An understanding and consistent application of key control activities within day to day processing and relevant reconciliation experience would be a desirable.
Your duties of the role will consist mainly of:
-Loan servicing in addition to preparing and action draw downs, rollovers, repayments and various extra aspects of loan servicing and data maintenance
-Daily liaising with internal and external customers, as well as syndicate members
-Proactively manages and organises workflow with team, adhering timelines and adequate service levels
-Assist with process and control enhancements including any related projects
-Ensures timely processing of queries and open items within the department
You will be educated to degree level in a business, economics or finance related field and fluency in French and English is absolutely essential. Excellent knowledge of IT application and office systems such as MS word, Lotus Notes and MS Excel and SAP would be highly advantageous. You will have a good aptitude to work under pressure, be service driven, efficient and professional due to the fast paced nature of the role.
