Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Specialist with strong knowledge of SalesForce to join our fast paced team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the key focus in this role is to conduct segmentation analysis and provide reports for use in creating targeted communication with customers, increasing usage frequency and retention of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: preparation of Sales Reports, with a focus on: transactions, sales figure reporting, account opening and closure, upsell opportunities, and enterprise quarterly rebates
- SalesForce: create users and access changes, merge accounts, update email templates, monitoring marketing campaigns, dealer portfolio, commission category exceptions
- Training: training staff and new users in SalesForce and Oracle Briefing Book
- Sales Support: providing key support to the Country manager in compiling and formatting sales presentations and project documentation
Qualifications, Knowledge Skills
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and be able to demonstrate their strong understanding and knowledge in SalesForce (SFDC). Experience in supporting and training a sales team in systems with a focus on using SalesForce (SFDC) is a must as is excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
